簡介
本過濾器適用于油泵吸油口處濾除油液中的雜質，用以保護油泵及其它液壓元件，有效地控制液壓系統的污染，提高液壓系統的清潔度。

過濾器配有發訊器，旁通閥和集污盅。具有通油能力大，阻力小等優點。已獲國家專利局實用新型專利證書。其主要性能特點有：

1．過濾器直接安裝在油箱蓋板上，筒體伸入油箱的油液中。出油口設有螺紋和法蘭兩種連接方式，與油泵吸油口連接，管路簡單，安裝方便。
2．當濾芯堵塞需清洗或更換時，只須打開過濾器上蓋，即可取出濾芯進行清洗或更換，十分方便。
3．在過濾器出油口設有濾芯堵塞發訊器，具有直觀和自動發訊兩種功能。通過觀察發訊器上的指示表，可以隨時了解濾芯堵塞情況。
當濾芯堵塞，出油口真空度達到0.03MPa時，發訊器便會發出訊號，此時應停機清洗或更換濾芯。
4．在濾芯上部設有旁通閥，當發訊器報警后不能立即處理故障，出油口真空度升至大于0.032MPa時，旁通閥則會自動開啟，另行開
通油路，以保護過濾器不受損壞，并避免油泵出現吸空現象，確保系統照常運行。
5．在濾芯中設有篥污盅，在系統運行過程中，油液流經濾芯內腔時將其中超過濾芯過濾精度的污染物阻擋在濾芯內，并集中到集污盅里

當清洗或更換濾芯時，集污盅和濾芯一同帶出，避免了已濾除的污染物因更換濾芯時重新掉進油箱中，從而保持了油液的清潔度。

Introduction
The Model YLX filter is directly installed on the oil tank cover plate, used for
removing impurities from the oil by filtration at the oil pump inlet of the hydraulic
system. A metal screen is adopted as the filtration core. The filter is equipped
with a signal sender and by-pass valve. When the filter is colgged and the
vacuum up t0 0.03MPa, alarm will be given.
